Doug was first hired at Philco to be a Project Manager; it was soon realized that that Doug's experience and dedication to Philco's success made him the perfect candidate for his current role as Vice President of Operations. As well as his typical Project Management duties, Doug's responsibilities as Vice President allow him to utilize his exceptional organization skills and his twenty-five years of experience to its fullest. Since Doug's inception as Vice President, Philco has seen an immeasurable growth in its use of technology, structure, and overall global goals. Doug's addiction to technology has ensured that each project site has laptop computers, high speed internet, and digital cameras at the least. Doug recreated Philco's operations manual, safety program, and overall global plan in 2005 and we have already seen its effects. These implementations have provided for additional quality, tracking, profitability, and job satisfaction throughout the company. Doug continues to pull experience from his belt to implement new procedures and policies which have brought a great structure to Philco's office and field staff. His project management skills allow him to manage projects with ease allowing for smooth coordination, ongoing owner relations, subcontractor commitment, and overall project success for every project that he is involved with. These skills are being passed to Philco's entire operations team and is providing for great results. |
