Nathan began working with Philco Construction while completing his Bachelors Degree at the University of Florida's M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction.  Nathan has worked his way up from Project Engineer to Vice President in less than 8 years. His attention to detail and quality show in his the recognition his projects have received over the years.

Nathan's outstanding organization and written communications skills have allowed Philco a new standard in project turnover from estimating to construction.  Philco had standards and expectations out of its Estimating Department before Nathan, but since his involvement the bar has been raised.

The list of award winning projects that Nathan has estimated and managed is a clear indication of his commitment for quality.  Nathan will not turn over anything that is not perfect, written or constructed.  Although Nathan sees this as a weakness at times, Philco and its clients do not.
