PHILLIPS Chief Executive Officer and founder of Philco Construction, Inc., is responsible for overall company management, client relationships, and general administration of all aspects of the Company. DOUG STERN President of Philco Construction, Inc. is in charge of Philco's Project Management and Site Operations teams. NATHAN HEGERT Vice President and Philco employee since 1997 oversees all of Philco's estimating and preconstruction services.
